This factor counts how many times the run’s related terms (LSI list) appear in a page’s H6 headings. It returns a whole-number occurrence count, and a value of zero is normal — many pages have no H6 headings at all.

What it measures
This factor counts run-specific LSI term occurrences within a page’s H6 headings. It looks only at the text inside sixth-level headings, and it reports every occurrence — so a single related term used three times across your H6 headings contributes three to the count, not one.
How RankGear measures it
RankGear parses the H6 text on the page and, for each item in the run’s LSI list, sums the case-insensitive, word-aware matches found there. Matching is word-aware, so terms are counted as whole words rather than as substrings buried inside longer words. The totals across every LSI list item are added together to produce the final occurrence count for the page.
How to optimize it
Treat this as an observation, not a target to inflate. Use related terminology in an H6 heading only when a genuine sixth-level subsection actually calls for it — that is, when your content is deep enough to warrant a heading at that level and the related term describes it accurately. Do not create artificial deep nesting or spin up H6 headings purely to raise this count; H6 is the least-used heading level, and forcing it distorts your document structure without helping readers.
Important considerations
- Zero is normal. Pages without any H6 headings will always return zero, and that is not a defect.
- The count is of occurrences, not unique terms — the same related term used repeatedly is counted each time.
- The run’s LSI list determines which terms are eligible; a term only counts if it appears on that list for this run.
- Avoid artificial deep nesting. Adding H6 headings just to accommodate related terms harms structure and readability.
- This is a correlation-based prioritization signal within a measured result set. A higher count does not cause a page to rank and does not guarantee any position.
