Reports & workbooks: what RankGear hands you

Every run writes artifacts you keep — a timestamped, color-coded workbook plus branded HTML reports, readable in-app, white-labeled for clients, and publishable as a report hub.

RankGear’s deepest artifact is the XLSX workbook: tabs ordered by your workflow and color-coded by category, from orientation and recommended work to competitive, content, entity, and link research — plus the exact source URLs.

Readable without leaving the app

The in-app Reports library shows factor-family coverage, opens generated HTML, and reveals workbooks in your file system. Filenames carry the domain, keyword, date, time to the millisecond, and report type, so repeat runs never overwrite one another.

Branded, and publishable

White-label the HTML header and footer for client-facing reports, then use Site Builder to turn a folder of reports into a browsable, branded intelligence hub — with an index and sitemap — and publish it over FTPS, SFTP, or SCP without leaving RankGear.

Questions, answered

Does RankGear overwrite old reports?

No. Filenames include the target, keyword, date, time to the millisecond, and report type, so multiple runs for the same query coexist.

Can I brand client reports?

Yes. Branding settings add a custom header and replace the default footer on the shared report design.

Deliver evidence, not screenshots.

Every run leaves a workbook and a report you can hand to a client.
