Analysis Summary HTML

A self-contained HTML export that mirrors a completed Analysis Run dashboard — the overall score, the roadmap, the factor field, the full factor list, and the page-read audit — bundled into a single file you can open in any browser or hand to someone without RankGear.

What it means in RankGear

When an Analysis Run finishes, RankGear can write the on-screen dashboard out as a standalone HTML file. That file is the Analysis Summary HTML: a static, browser-openable copy of everything the finished run showed you — the score at the top, the prioritized roadmap, the factor field, the complete factor readout, and the page-read audit — with no live app or account required to view it. You choose it from the selectable HTML reports offered when a run completes, so it sits alongside the workbook rather than replacing it.

How to interpret it

Read it the way you would read the dashboard itself: start at the summary and legend so the score and its scale are clear, then work down into the roadmap and the individual factor sections for the detail behind that number. Because the file is generated at export time, treat it as a fixed record of one run rather than a live view — later re-analysis will not update it. If you are sharing it, keep the run metadata intact so a reader can see which URL, keyword, and settings the numbers came from.

SectionWhat it carries
Score and summaryThe run’s headline score with its legend and scale
RoadmapThe prioritized list of suggested changes
Factor field and full factor listEvery measured factor and its reading for this run
Page-read auditWhat RankGear actually parsed from the analyzed page

Example

You run an analysis for a service page against your target keyword, and when it completes you tick Analysis Summary HTML among the selectable reports. RankGear produces the workbook plus a single HTML companion. You email that HTML file to a client who has no RankGear install; they open it in Chrome and see the same score, roadmap, and factor breakdown you saw on screen — the export does not re-measure or alter anything, it just packages the run you already produced.

Important considerations

  • The file is a snapshot of one specific run. Compare it only against exports made with like-for-like settings; a different keyword, URL, or competitor set is not a fair comparison.
  • Nothing in the export is a Google score. The factors and the roadmap are RankGear’s comparative measurements of the analyzed page against its reference set, not signals pulled from a search engine, and correlation with ranking is not proof of causation.
  • Formatting is presentation, not evidence — a polished HTML layout carries no more weight than the raw numbers behind it.
  • Regenerate the export after any re-analysis; an old file will keep showing the earlier run’s figures.
